Recognized for her ability to blend traditional PR with digital, social, influencer, and content strategies, Alissa has led award-winning, earned-first campaigns that cut through the noise and capture widespread attention. She’s a collaborative leader who thrives on fostering meaningful connections, mentoring the next generation, and pushing creative boundaries.

Based in New Jersey with her husband and two children, Alissa is a passionate advocate for working parents. At her previous agency, she led the employee resource group for parents and spearheaded a revamp of the parental leave policy to better support families.
